Education Support Assistant, Edinburgh
My primary role is to provide administration support to the WEA Scotland offices and WEA Scotland Education staff. I work closely with a range of stakeholders including, education staff, tutors, venues, branches, volunteers and students providing administrative and general support to help improve WEA provision to the communities we work with.
I have worked in the voluntary sector for 16 years in a range of fields including homelessness, BME housing, youth offending, youth substance abuse, mental health, LGBT rights and now adult education. I am passionate and committed to doing my bit to help create a more inclusive society.
