Project Aim

Acquisition of literacy skills to support completion of required academic course (SVQ in Childcare).

Project Description

Group-centred learning experience. Delivery of literacy skills needed for study of a further education (vocational) course. To increase cultural awareness in the workplace. Communication skills to help conflict resolution and recognise bullying.

Target Audience

Employees in the child care sector, undertaking required SVQs. Candidates are put forward by the course assessors.
