The benefits of gardening are well documented; growing your own food is not only beneficial for your mental & physical health, eating more fresh fruit and vegetables is one of the most important things you can do to stay healthy. Also, it’s a great form of exercise: planting, weeding, watering and harvesting the produce is great physical activity.Everyone who participates gets a share of the produce come harvest time.
