      Piloted by the WEA's sister organisation (AOF) in Denmark in 1993, the Job Rotation model of lifelong learning supports social inclusion, company and staff development by providing adult education and vocational training for staff.  It creates paid work experience and training for previously unemployed people who substitute for workers released for paid educational leave.
